The Modified Business Model Canvas (MBMC) Application Workbook is designed to strategically guide an entrepreneur or intrapreneur through a systematic process addressing the core competencies required from ideation through the scale up to impact or exit.

The workbook covers the essential competencies for the gated stages of the startup or innovation funnel to include ideation, problem discovery, viability and incubation, launch and acceleration, growth and scaling, and exit of a new venture, product, or service.

For a new product innovation or startup, the workbook provides a methodology to validate the viability, sustainability and profitability of an idea or new venture before spending time and money to launch and grow. It also provides preparation and validation to avoid premature scaling, the number one reason scale ups fail.

For an existing company, the workbook can be used to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, especially crucial before attempting a startup or scale up. Where gaps exist, each section is hyper-linked to targeted micro-learning videos (10 minutes) that provide additional information and understanding for improvement.
