Identity Driven Entrepreneurship (IDE) is a course designed to address the issues of personal and team identity, purpose, destiny, and fulfillment for work-life integration in entrepreneurship. IDE covers a range of personal assessment tools and applies learning to define business purpose, culture, and values for maximum productivity, fulfillment, and work satisfaction. Students walk away with an understanding of personal identity & purpose, and how to spot a good business idea that aligns with their identity.

Disciplined Entrepreneurship
Disciplined Entrepreneurship (DE) – Designed to address concepts and content from the book Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup by MIT Professor Bill Aulet. This is a self-paced, content rich course covering all aspects of a business startup from ideation to operations and scaling. Learning is provided through 36 (10 Min) learning videos with learning objectives, assignments, and a grading rubric. Students walk away with a clear understanding of a systematic approach to entrepreneurship and validation that their business idea is viable, sustainable, profitable and scalable before spending time and money. If already in business, students learn the core fundamentals to achieve product market fit, increase sales and drive revenue growth and business valuation.

Entrepreneurship Operations
Entrepreneurship Operations (EO) – Designed to address the challenges every organization faces with Leading People, Setting Strategy, Driving Execution, and Managing Cash. The course was designed and developed based on the book Scaling Up: Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 2.0 by Verne Harnish. EO provides proven practices for just-in-time learning with real world value. Students gain an understanding of best practices for improving performance, driving growth, and preparation for scaling with plenty of tools for immediate, real world application following the learning.
